Why We Love the Disneyland Hotel

More than a hotel, a unique experience in the World of Disney

The 5-star property was already one of a kind before the renovation. But Disney has taken the storytelling and immersion offered to its most privileged guests even further. Often compared by visitors to a castle, the Imagineers took inspiration from this to reinvent the Disneyland Hotel.

How much does Disneyland Hotel cost per night?

Disneyland Hotel is the most expensive hotel at Disneyland Paris, and the price reflects what you get: a 5-star property at the very gates of Disneyland Park, with concierge service, a spa, a fitness centre, Character dining and, on the upper floors, the Castle Club. One thing to know before comparing it with other luxury hotels: Disneyland Paris does not sell rooms on their own. Every rate below is a package that includes the night and park tickets for two days for the whole party.

For a family of three (2 adults + 1 child), a one-night stay at Disneyland Hotel currently starts at £930 (1,069 €) and rises to £2,566 (2,949 €) on the busiest dates of the next twelve months, which is £310 (356 €) to £855 (983 €) per person, tickets included.

The gap between the cheapest and the dearest night is about ×2.8, so the date you pick matters as much as the room you choose.

Best Disneyland Hotel prices in the next 12 months

A unique location at the very entrance to the Disneyland Park

Not only is its location exceptional, but so is its history! This hotel, with its pink Victorian façade, may never have seen the light of day as it was not part of Euro Disney’s original plans. What Tony Baxter intended to be a piece of scenery turned out to be one of the most famous and iconic Disney hotels in the world.

But let’s get back to the location of the Disneyland Hotel, an establishment that already has one foot in Disneyland Park and one on Main Street. As the famous pink hotel of Disneyland Paris, no other hotel is as close to everything. Residents even have the luxury of their own entrance to Disneyland Park.

Rooms: Disneyland Paris’ most luxurious

After an enchanting but exhausting day at Disneyland and the Walt Disney Studios, guests of the 5-star hotel can quickly return to their rooms for a little rest and relaxation.

The Disneyland Hotel has 487 rooms and suites, including:

• 346 Superior Rooms
• 82 Deluxe rooms
• 41 Castle Club rooms
• 16 Signature Suites
• 1 Princess Suite
• 1 Royal Suite

A range of rooms that have been completely redesigned to meet the luxury and comfort standards of a 5-star establishment. The rooms and suites have been redesigned to reflect the ambience of this princely residence.

Each room is a tale of royalty and a tribute to a Disney character. Disneyland Paris has collaborated with Disney Animation Studios to integrate exclusive paintings and creations based on 11 Disney classics into the rooms.

Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and The Snow Queen are all on display, as are the latest Disney animated classics such as Vaiana and Raya and the Last Dragon.

Superior Rooms

The Disneyland Hotel’s Superior Rooms are much larger than those in the Disney Marvel Hotel (31m²), measuring 40.7m². They may be the least expensive rooms in the hotel, but they have not been neglected by the Imagineers – far from it.

The atmosphere in each of the 346 Superior rooms features revisited classic and contemporary touches. Pastel shades, blue, ivory and gold dominate. The famous mirror with Rapunzel’s hair is on the wall opposite the beds, next to another piece of furniture created especially for these rooms: the jewellery box. For breakfast or tea time, it contains everything you need for coffee and tea.

Deluxe Rooms and its exclusive Lounge

Equal in size to the Superior Rooms, the Deluxe Rooms offer a completely different atmosphere. Violet, pastel and gold tones give way to a space that also features nods to Disney classics and artwork.

As big as the Superior Rooms, the 82 Deluxe Rooms also feature the Rapunzel mirror, the jewellery box and a French technology that can already be found in all the rooms of the New York Disney Hotel: Ultra HD TV mirrors.

But these rooms differ from the first category in a number of ways:

• An illuminated canopy that synchronises with the paintings in the room to reveal a glowing canopy at bedtime.
• Access to a brand new private lounge, the Deluxe Lounge, where you can enjoy sweet and savoury snacks from breakfast to afternoon tea. The Deluxe Lounge overlooks Fantasia Gardens.
• A personalised welcome on arrival and private concierge service

Castle Club Room and the Lounge

The Castle Club is like an hotel within the hotel! It is located on the top two floors of the hotel. It offers the best views of Disneyland Park and the Castle.

In terms of facilities and comfort, the 41 Castle Club rooms are almost identical to the Deluxe rooms. They differ from the Deluxe Rooms in one respect: immersion.

Starting with the majestic setting of the new Castle Club Lounge and its sensational day and night views of Main Street and Sleeping Beauty Castle. Guests in Castle Club rooms and suites will have the privilege of breakfast with Disney princesses and characters.

Signature Suites

They are probably the most prestigious and themed suites at Disneyland Paris, and indeed at any Disney resort in the world. A level of theming never before achieved. And what’s rare is expensive! Expect to pay at least €3,000 for a night in one of the resort’s 16 Signature Suites.

These suites are based on 5 great Disney classics:

• The 3 Sleeping Beauty Signature Suites (up to 90m²)
• The 3 Cinderella Signature Suites (up to 90m2)
• The 4 Rapunzel Signature Suites (up to 60m2)
• The 3 Snow Queen Signature Suites (up to 90m2)
• The 3 Beauty and the Beast Signature Suites (up to 90m2)

How do I book a Signature Suite?

You may have noticed that they are never displayed on the official Disneyland Paris website. In fact, to book a Castle Club or Signature Suite, you must use the Disney Experts telephone platform (01.60.30.60.90).

Princely Suite and the Royal suite

The Imagineers have pushed the boundaries of immersion and theming even further with these two ultra-luxurious suites. These two suites are so realistically decorated and detailed that they could have been right out of the films they are dedicated to.

Unfortunately, these two exorbitantly priced suites are only accessible to a handful of the very rich and/or famous.

• The Beauty and the Beast Royal Suite (116m²)
• The Snow Queen Royal Suite (206m²)

Eating at DLH : a unique gourmet dining experience

At Disneyland Hotel, the 5-star experience doesn’t stop at the rooms and lobby. It goes right down to the dining room table, where the new Royal Banquet and Table de Lumière restaurants offer gastronomic treats for young and old.

The Royal Banquet

Disneyland Paris has completely reinvented its all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, the Royal Banquet. The Royal Banquet is one of the top restaurants in Marne la Vallée and is visited by some of Disney’s biggest royalty. Inspired by the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles and the grand reception halls of castles.

But this restaurant will be one of the few buffet restaurants to offer a meal with Disney characters from breakfast to dinner!

You’ll find the very best in buffet and contemporary cuisine, with a wide choice of dishes:

• Seafood platters
• Sliced meat service
• Exclusive and personalised desserts
• Vegan dishes

How much to eat at the Royal Banquet ?

• Lunch and Diner for 100€ / adult and 50€ per child (above 3 years old)
• Breakfast 45€ / adult and 30€ / child

La table de Lumière Service Restaurant

In a new location inspired by the ballroom in Beauty and the Beast, this a la carte restaurant with table service replaces the California Grill. La Table de Lumière offers refined French gastronomic cuisine and the opportunity to dine in the company of Disney princes and princesses.

The entire world of Beauty and the Beast and castle life will be on guests’ tables and plates. Belle’s rose appears both on the porcelain plates and in two sublime desserts dedicated to her: the Rose de Provins and a birthday cake on request.

About the Premium Meal Plan

The Premium Half and Full Board Packages are another exclusive offer for Disneyland Hotel guests. Up to 39 restaurants are available as part of this offer, including restaurants with Disney characters such as the Plaza Gardens, Cinderella’s Inn and the two restaurants in the hotel.

However, you will have to pay €70 per child and €125 per adult per night for half board and €90 per child and €180 per adult for full board. In addition, we strongly recommend that you book early for all of our dining experiences, especially those with characters.

Le Fleur de Lys Bar

For those wanting a tea-time snack or a drink throughout the day, this lounge bar is THE place to be. Adults can choose from a cocktail prepared by a mixologist or a glass of Disneyland Hotel Champagne by Maison Pierre Mignon.

How much to drink something at the Fleur de Lys Bar ?

If you want to enjoy a coktail from the finest french mixologist, you’ll have to spend at least :

• 21€ for long drinks,
• 28€ for signature cocktails (16€ for non-alcoholic)

Activities at Disneyland Hotel: an enchanted interlude

The Royal Kids Club is both a nursery and an entertainment area for little crowned heads, and is a new concept in fun. Cast Members welcome children to the magical library, where they experience Disney stories through augmented reality.

My royal dream: a touch of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

With a royal theme, the pay-what-you-can experience that gives little girls and boys a royal makeover for a few hours is back at Disneyland Hotel! The Fairy Godmothers of My Royal Dream will be transforming young princesses and princes with a selection of exclusive costumes, manicures, hairstyles and accessories, each as magical as the next.

Location : 6 / 5

Don’t look for a better location, it doesn’t exist at Disneyland Paris. Situated in the heart of Disneyland Park, this hotel’s location is simply unique.

We can’t wait to try the princess experience, as we haven’t had the chance to stay there yet. The castle and princess theme is not my favourite, so I’m waiting to see what these rooms have to offer.

A 5-star hotel is not the ideal place for fun activities. But the Disneyland Hotel is not just any 5-star hotel! The immersive experience it offers is an activity in itself, from the moment you enter the lobby to dinner.

Our opinion

The only real question is: is the very high price of a stay at the Disneyland Hotel really justified? Given that a night in a 5-star hotel in Paris in 2023 will cost an average of €500, the €1,000 or so charged for a night in this Disney-style palace is nothing extravagant.
