Why do we love the Cheyenne?

  • At the Cheyenne Hotel, you will be transported to the Old West. It’s the most beautiful hotel of its kind in France.
  • Great value for money: Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne offers very competitive rates and quality accommodation. This is a great value hotel that deserves your full attention!
  • The Chuck Wagon Café: surprisingly, this restaurant has nothing to envy the New York Marvel Hotel or the Newport Bay Club in terms of theme.
  • Atypical Rooms: Kids will love the style and Toy Story theme, not to mention the bunk bed.
  • The Starbucks: This is the only Disney hotel with its own Starbucks. A detail for some, but not for coffee lovers.

5 things you should know about the Toy Story hotel

  1. There is no swimming pool at the Disney Cheyenne Hotel !
  2. Check in can be done anytime but the room won’t be available till 3PM
  3. This cowboy hotel offers only 3 types of rooms
  4. The Disney Hotel Cheyenne hosts Remy’s 245 m² organic garden
  5. Children can enjoy pony rides, trotting through the countryside like real cowboys (not available all year).

How much is a night at Disney Cheyenne?

We’ll tell you straight away: the Cheyenne is by far the cheapest hotel in Disneyland Paris! Admittedly, it doesn’t have a swimming pool, suites or a lounge. But that’s not necessarily what everyone wants when it comes to Disney accommodation.

In terms of price, the Cheyenne Hotel is cheaper than the Sequoïa Lodge, which is also a 3-star hotel. A room at Woody’s Roundup will set you back just under £180 per person for one night during the cheapest time of year. This price can easily double if you choose to stay during the school holidays, such as in April.

Where is the Cheyenne Hotel located?

The Toy Story Hotel at Disneyland Paris is located above the New York Hotel. Opposite, on the other side of the Rio Grande, is the Hotel Santa Fé. It’s just north of Lake Disney, a 20-minute walk from both Disney parks.

You can get there by road from rue du Boeuf Agile, either by car or by Magic Shuttle. If you’re taking the train to Disneyland Paris, the location is ideal. It is only a 12 minute walk from Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Nord station.

The most adventurous can walk to the Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios parks. Others can take the free shuttle bus and be there in less than 10 minutes.

The Cheyenne Hotel: Presentation

It’s time to tell you what makes this hotel different. First of all, the Cheyenne was designed by American architect Robert Arthur Morton Stern, who also designed the Newport.

This 1,000-room complex doesn’t just look like the Wild West: it was built like a real town from the time of the conquest of the West, but an artificial town straight out of a film studio. The town has all the trappings of an old Wild West town: a saloon, a general store, a barn, a vegetable garden and a fort.

It takes its name from the capital of the state of Wyoming in the United States: the city of Cheyenne. It’s also the name of a famous Indian tribe.

Movie Sets

As you walk around the hotel, you’ll notice a number of exterior set elements that have been used inside, such as the roofs of the booths in the Chuck Wagon Restaurant.

The rooms you can discover below are located in buildings scattered around the complex. These coloured buildings are called ‘Bunk Houses’, a reference to the dormitories used by the American workers who built the railways during the conquest of the West.

In addition to their different colours, these bunk houses all have names dedicated to the legends of the American West: Geronimo, Jesse James, Wyatt Earp, Sitting Bull, Billy the Kid….

Cheyenne hotel’s rooms

Unlike superior hotels such as the Newport or the Sequoia, there are no suites or superior rooms at the Cheyenne. However, there are three types of rooms to choose from during your stay, all of which sleep up to 4 people and measure 21m2:

Woody's round up room at Cheyenne Hotel
  • The classic Woody’s Roundup Standard Room: Step into the world of Pixar and Toy characters in this room that is anything but cheap. There are plenty of references to Woody and his friends, as well as nods to the Wild West, such as the cowboy shirt-pattern curtains and the horseshoe-shaped mirror.
  • Woody’s Roundup room close to hotel facilities: for a small extra charge, you can stay close to the lobby, the shop and the other services offered by the hotel. You’ll also be a little closer to the parks.
  • Standard room overlooking the Rio Grande: these are the rooms in the buildings overlooking the Rio Grande, such as the Soaring Eagle, Jesse James, Billy the Kid, Sitting Bull, Doc Holiday and Running Bear. These last 3 bring you one step closer to the theme parks.

Did you say Woody’s Roundup?

Have you noticed the initials WR hidden around the room? WR stands for Woody’s Roundup, the name of the TV show dedicated to Woody in the film Toy Story 2.

What and where to eat at the Disney Cheyenne Hotel ?

When you stay at the Disney Cheyenne Hotel, where do you eat? At the Chuck Wagon Café or in the surrounding area? Here’s some useful information about dining in and around the hotel.

Breakfast: two options

If you booked breakfast when you made your reservation, you should know that it is served in the hotel’s only restaurant: the Chuck Wagon Café. As in the other hotels, this is an all-you-can-eat breakfast in the form of a varied buffet at a cost of €24 for adults and €17 per child (aged 3 to 11).

Alternatively, you can enjoy breakfast in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Starbucks in the Cheyenne, next to the General Store.

Starbucks coffee at the Disney Cheyenne Hotel

Here you can enjoy all the specialities of the American chain: Latte macchiato, cappuccino or mocha. The bill will be a little lower, especially if there are a lot of you.

The Starbucks coffee will be closed for renovations from January 17th 2025 !

The Chuck Wagon Café

Have you ever eaten inside an authentic American wagon, the same ones that carried tens of thousands of Americans during the Gold Rush? That’s what you can do at the Chuck Wagon Café, Cheyenne’s buffet restaurant in a barn. It’s a restaurant that’s open to everyone, Disney hotel residents and visitors alike.

Chuck Wagon Cafe All you can eat buffet
One of the best all you can eat buffet at Disneyland Paris !

Since 2022, the Chuck Wagon has only one menu, the all-you-can-eat buffet for €40 per adult and €22 per child. In addition to its Western theme, this restaurant also serves Tex-Mex and American cuisine. If you’re a fan of BBQ and ribs, don’t miss the Range Rider BBQ stand.

The Red Garter Saloon

What would a Wild West town be without its saloon? There are no fights in this bar, just cocktails and the chance to grab a bite to eat. You can try Wild West cocktails like the Klondike or the Gold Rush.

On the food front, there are only two pizzas on the 2022 menu: a cheese pizza and a ham and cheese pizza (a la carte or on the menu). Mini Micky doughnuts and fruit salads are also on the menu for those with a sweet tooth.

Activites for young cow boys

In keeping with its theme, this Disney hotel offers two exclusive outdoor activities for the little ones.

The pony ride

Poney ride at the Disney Cheyenne Hotel
