Here are the top reasons why Center Parcs Marne la Vallée is the best choice.
- The sheer number of activities available is hard to beat. Few resorts can compete with this resort when it comes to providing entertainment for the whole family.
- For its huge Aqualagon, which was designed by Jacques Ferrier and is one of Europe’s largest aquatic centres.
- The Village Nature is just a 15-minute drive from the Disney Davy Crockett Hotel, which is located near Disneyland Paris.
- Access to the Disneyland Paris parks is granted to guests staying at this resort, allowing them to enjoy extended hours of magic.
How much does a stay at Village Nature Paris cost?
Although it’s not really comparable to a Disney hotel — not even the Davy Crockett Ranch — Village Nature is still one of the most affordable hotels.
In May 2025, the cheapest price on the Disneyland Paris reservation site was £440 for a one-night, including 2 days park tickets for a family of 3.
| Date | Type of room | Price per person / per night |
|---|---|---|
| 16/17 august 2025 | Premium – Apartment with 2 rooms, 1 bedroom | £312 |
| 12/13 january 2026 | Premium – Apartment with 2 rooms, 1 bedroom | £147 |
But this price is for the cheapest room, the Premium apartment, so you have to put it into perspective.
The highest rates are for Easter and All Saints’ Day. Summer is, of course, one of the most expensive periods.
Where is Villages Nature located?
This major resort is located 32 km east of Paris and 6 km from Disneyland Paris. When it comes to proximity to Disneyland Paris, Villages Nature is not really in a strong position.
You can reach the parks in 15 minutes by car, just like you can at the Davy Crockett Ranch, which is very close. Another minor drawback is that the hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle service. You will have to take a bus for a fee. The journey takes an average of 25 to 30 minutes.

A change of scenery is the essence of Villages Nature. Although the resort is a little way from Disneyland Paris, it is closer to the capital. This is an advantage if you’re planning to explore the Paris region. If you have a car, at least you’ll have that going for you, because without one, everything becomes more complicated.
The most suitable way to reach the estate from the airport is by taxi or VTC. Alternatively, to reduce costs, you can take the RER A to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station and then catch the 47 bus.
About the Paris Center Parks Domain
On 1 September 2017, the Pierre et Vacances-Center Parcs and Euro Disney groups opened this 259-hectare holiday village. It is one of the largest tourist and aquatic complexes in Europe and is focused on sustainable development.
Even though it no longer officially belongs to Disney since Center Parcs bought out its shares in the project in 2022, Villages Nature has been designed by one of the greatest and most respected American imagineers, Joe Rodhe. Rodhe’s work includes Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Pandora – World of Avatar.

The village’s cottages are a testament to the respect and symbiosis with nature that is at the heart of the community. These wooden cottages were designed by architect Jean de Gastines to blend in with the surrounding forest.
Cottages and accommodation
The complex has had 868 cottages and flats since it first opened its doors. However, to establish it as one of the largest hotel estates in France and Europe, the Center Parcs Group has launched an expansion campaign. The number of accommodation units is set to rise to 1,158 during this phase.

To help them blend in with their surroundings, the cottages are grouped in clusters of three to seven. However, not all of the accommodation is in such a privileged location. As you can see from the map above, there are three ranges of accommodation, each with a dedicated pitch.
- Comfort cottage & appartments : At Villages Nature, the most affordable accommodation options are the comfort flats and cottages. But they are still comfortable and modern. The spacious comfort cottages are very well equipped with two bathrooms, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a private terrace.
- Premium flats and cottages are located in the centre of the resort, around the lake, and close to the activities. They have a little more space than the Comfort range and a more tasteful interior.
- VIP flats and cottages have the best location, better facilities and luxurious decor. These homes feature a fireplace, an additional flat-screen TV in the master suite, and a spa bathroom with its own kit — just to name a few of the features.
Why should you book a stay at Center Parcs near Disneyland Paris?
To be honest, if you’re only planning to spend a weekend at Disneyland Paris, Center Parcs isn’t the best place to stay. You won’t have time to take full advantage of all the facilities and activities on offer, but you’ll still be able to enjoy a great experience.
For a stay of at least three or four days, here are some reasons to book an accommodation package at Villages Paris, along with tickets:
- You’ll be able to enjoy Extra Magic Time and Free Parking, just like guests staying at Disney hotels!
- On arrival, each guest will receive a MagicPass for easier access to the parks.
- If the weather is bad, the resort offers a wide range of activities for families to enjoy.
Where can you eat at Center Parcs Disneyland Paris?
The catering has to be up to scratch because there are so many mouths to feed in such a large and remote complex. After all, a good holiday is incomplete without proper nourishment.
Where should you have breakfast?
One advantage of staying in a cottage or flat with a kitchen is that you can have breakfast at home. As you can see from the photo below, the cottages’ kitchens are really practical (here, cottage comfort) with their work surface and table. And when the weather is good, you can enjoy coffee and pastries on the terrace too.

Les Délices de la Ferme
Les Délices de la Ferme
Les Délices de la Ferme is the perfect destination for those who love doing nothing at all when they’re on holiday (like me). It’s a bar, café and restaurant all rolled into one at BelleVie Farm. The restaurant is particularly popular with residents. This is because it is peaceful and spacious. It also has a huge indoor play area for children. It’s the perfect place for a quiet brunch! Another special feature is the wide selection of organic dishes, snacks and drinks.

La Crêperie Suzette
Who doesn’t love crêpes? Whether you prefer sweet or savoury, you can enjoy one or more crêpes with a bowl of cider at Crêperie Suzette for lunch or dinner. To date, reviews of this crêperie have been less than favourable, mainly due to slow service.
Slow service seems to be a recurring problem in this type of establishment. Another crêperie suffered from the same opinions. It was located in a Center Parcs in Trois Moutiers. So maybe this isn’t the place to go if you’re in a hurry!

Restaurant Cépages Vins et Cuisine
This time it’s a restaurant. It has a wine bar and bistro concept. They say that the croque-monsieur is a real treat here. In fact, some say it’s quite simply the best restaurant in Villages Nature! And that’s all there is to it!

On the menu: roast cheese for connoisseurs, salads, pâté de campagne as a starter, breaded brie, salmon tartare and vegetarian risotto.
- Opening times: 5.30pm to 10pm
- Prices: €€ – €€€
- Tripadvisor opinion : 4.0/5

Miam Miam Burger
Another top-rated restaurant is Miam Miam Burger, which offers burgers and, above all, home fries!

A very pleasant and friendly place for lunch and dinner (only at weekends). As well as burgers, the restaurant offers poke bowls, salads and nachos to share. And detox fans won’t be left out, either, with a range of homemade juices. Even the mojitos are mouth-watering!
- Opening times: 11.30am-3pm / 5.30pm-8.30pm (Friday and Saturday)

Activities at Villages Nature
Villages Nature Paris is the place to be for the most varied range of sports, leisure and family activities in the whole of Marne la Vallée! Anyone who thinks there aren’t enough is really mistaken. The Aqualagon, a gigantic, environmentally-friendly aquatic centre, is where most of them are located. However, not all activities are included in the holiday package. Here are the best activities, listed by price.
The Aqualagon
This is the masterpiece of the complex. It was created by Center Parcs and Disneyland Paris. Designed by a renowned French architect, it is an enormous eco-friendly project. Jacques Ferrier. The centre comprises:
- a 2,400 m² outdoor lagoon
- a 9,000 m² covered aquatic centre with seven giant slides, an artificial river, a huge wave pool, a spa, and three hot tubs.
The water is heated to 30 degrees all year round using geothermal energy, a renewable and carbon-free source of energy! Extraction of the water takes place at a depth of 1,900 metres from a water table at 78 degrees, after which it is brought to the surface.Activities in the complex
