All you need to know about Manhattan Restaurant
Location
The restaurant entrance is located near the Jack Kirby Legacy Gallery and Super Hero Station on the ground floor of the hotel’s west wing.

The entrances to the hotel’s two restaurants, the Downtown Restaurant and the Manhattan Restaurant, are located side by side in the corridor.
If you have chosen the breakfast option when booking your stay or at reception, this is where you will need to go in the morning. Breakfast is served in both restaurants every morning, and in the Empire State Lounge when it is busy. A hostess will greet you at the entrance and direct you to one of the restaurants.
Menu and prices
A quick look at the Manhattan Restaurant menu reveals that this is a traditional Italian restaurant with a Marvel twist!
From antipasti and primi piatti to pasta and dolci, the menu pays homage to Italian flavours with a wide selection of dishes, including vegetarian options.
You can choose à la carte dishes, with starters priced from £17 and main courses from £30. Alternatively, you can opt for one of the restaurant’s two set menus:
- The Greenwich Village Menu, priced at 55€, includes a starter, main course and dessert (€75 with wine included).
- The Little Italy Menu, priced at 30€, is available for children and includes a starter, main course, dessert and drink.
Should you purchase a meal plan to eat at the Manhattan Restaurant?
It is important to note that the Manhattan is one of the Disneyland Paris restaurants eligible for Standard, Plus or Extra Plus half-board or full-board meal plans.
To answer your question, yes, these meal plans are worth it! During our last stay at the Marvel Hotel in 2023, we opted for the half-board plan, priced at 60€ per adult and 40€ per child (for two children), which included breakfast and dinner. Here’s how much we saved:
- Without the breakfast package at the Marvel Hotel for four people: €102
- Without the meal package at the Manhattan Restaurant: €170
- Total without package: €272
- Total with half-board package: €220
- Savings: €52
Opening hours
The Manhattan Restaurant is open from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. every day and also serves breakfast. During busy periods, the hotel’s Cast Members divide guests between Downtown and Manhattan, with half going to each restaurant.
How do I make a reservation at the Manhattan Restaurant?
If you have not yet made a reservation, please note that this can be done either at the hotel reception desk or with the concierge. If you are staying at the New York Hotel, however, you will have priority over non-guests.
Our feedback on the Manhattan Restaurant
I was slightly anxious about the experience we were about to have at this establishment. We had previously had breakfast there before the renovation and did not have fond memories of the place, as it was rather outdated at the time. But that was before!
As you can see in the following video, the restaurant has little in common with the old New York Hotel dining room.
The Manhattan’s décor: 4/5

The Manhattan’s standard is in keeping with that of the hotel, which exudes elegance and luxury. Every decorative element, even the cutlery, appears to have been carefully considered by the Disneyland Paris Imagineers. Even the salt and pepper shakers draw inspiration from New York.
The giant chandelier is the centre of attention in the room. This magnificent piece was crafted from 250 hand-cut crystals. If you look closely, you will see that its shape resembles the skylines of both New York and Asgard, the land of Thor!
My only minor criticism is the lack of Marvel-themed decor in the restaurant.
Welcome and service: 5/5
From the moment we arrived until we left, the cast members took great care of us.
We had, of course, booked our table many weeks in advance. Without a reservation, it would have been impossible to dine there! However, guests staying at the New York, The Art of Marvel hotel enjoy a special privilege: a few tables are reserved exclusively for them. Just ask at the concierge desk.
The service was quick and efficient, and our waiter was very pleasant. While it’s certainly not a gourmet restaurant, the French-style service is of a high standard.
Food: 5/5
The varied Manhattan menu, which you can view on the Disney app, is not too extensive. Having eaten very well the previous evening at the Downtown Restaurant, the all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant at the Marvel Hotel, we were slightly concerned that we might be disappointed.

The presentation was very neat, and not a single plate was left untouched! The restaurant truly deserves its semi-gourmet status. It’s an unmissable experience!
