About the Marvel hotel at Disneyland Paris<\/h2>\n

Disney’s Hotel New York \u2013 The Art of Marvel sits next to Disney Village<\/strong>, opposite Disney’s Newport Bay Club<\/a>, on the shores of Lake Disney. It is one of the resort’s two 4\u2011star hotels and, in our opinion, the most immersive of them all.<\/p>\n

The building originally opened in 1992 as Disney’s Hotel New York, closed in 2019 and reopened on 21 June 2021 after a two\u2011year renovation that added the Marvel theme. From the outside the changes are subtle: a repainted facade gives it a sharper, more New York feel. Inside is where the transformation is dramatic.<\/p>\n

More than a hotel: a Marvel art gallery<\/h2>\n

New York the Art of Marvel is more than a place to sleep, it is a truly immersive experience<\/strong> in the world of Marvel comics. It starts in the lobby, arguably the most breathtaking space in the hotel, where huge backlit panels by Spanish artist Carlos Gomez<\/strong> greet you: Black Panther, Thor, Doctor Strange and Hulk watch over guests from the moment they arrive.<\/p>\n

Throughout the hotel you will find more than 350 works of art created by over 110 artists<\/strong>, with around 50 pieces made exclusively<\/strong> for the property, one of the largest publicly displayed Marvel art collections in the world. Even the lift doors change on every floor, and each floor is dedicated to a different superhero, so it is worth exploring every level.<\/p>\n

How much does it cost to stay at the Marvel hotel?<\/h2>\n

We would love to say it is affordable, but this 4\u2011star\u2011plus hotel is expensive<\/strong>, and prices climb higher in peak periods. To keep costs down, avoid weekends, French school holidays and Christmas. All prices below are in euros<\/strong>, the hotel’s billing currency.<\/p>\n
